It is shocking to realize that Christmas is less than two weeks away. This year has been a whirlwind of days with little to mark the passing of time. Summer activities were canceled along with birthdays, Halloween and the traditional Thanksgiving. Without these seasonal markers, it’s difficult to realize the year is almost over.

Life as we know it has been transformed by the pandemic. Even your Christmas holiday will probably look a little different this year. I want to share with you menu ideas for a smaller holiday feast. These delicious ingredients will help your body stay healthy and strong. The following recipes can be modified to meet the number of people you plan to serve whether it be 2, 4 or more.
